THE ASSOCIATION FOR EDUCATION IN JOURNALISM AND MASS COMMUNICATIONS (AEJMC)

in San Antonio, Texas, August 12, 2005, Joe Saltzman, IJPC Director and USC Annenberg Professor of Journalism presented a paper during a scholar-to-scholar research session in the AEJMC History Division.

It was one of 25 papers selected for the 2005 national convention. The paper's title: "Analyzing the Images of the Journalist in Popular Culture: A Unique Method of Studying the Public's Perception of Its Journalists and the News Media."
